Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. Please contact us if you can’t find what you’re looking for here.

  • Communication with your Members is key. We can offer connectivity to Mailchimp for free, which will send some automated emails on your behalf (welcome, joined a circle and draw day). Otherwise let us know how you plan to engage with the Members of your groups.

  • When we’ve run these ourselves in the UK or with bank partners in other countries, we have operated under regulatory supervision. However, many informal groups do not take on the hassle of regulation. If you continue growing, and especially advertising, you may want to consider regulation - we’d be happy to discuss our experience and even provide some lessons learned.

  • In Circles 360 you manage your payments manually using the platform to track who has paid in, missed payments and generate the Draw for payouts. It is possible to automate the manual payment process and this is part of our Circles Pro package. If you would like to discuss an upgrade to Circles Pro, please contact us.

  • Promoting your new platform to reach a wider audience will be a key way to generate more revenue from your Members’ fees. We have a library of marketing templates designed from our best practice processes. Every week we’ll provide useful tips and guidance,  including excerpts from our marketing templates, to help you reach more, new users.

  • Typically, people running Circles charge a fee to the Members - since they are organising the group, running the Draw and collecting money.

    These fees can either be taken each month from those paying in, or from the Draw payout.

    You can also make money through partnership deals - gaining a kickback from retailer offers relevant to your Members' reasons for saving.

  • If you have a group of 10 saving $200 each month, there’s $2,000 in the pot each month. That's a grand total of $20,000. Circles 360 is adding only a 1.8% total cost at today’s price of $360… that’s less than a card fee at the shops.
