What do I have to do?

Circles powered by StepLadder bring you a first-of-its-kind Digital Pandero, or Savings Circle, in Chile. BCI Wholesale and Investment Banking are taking part in a one-week trial to get a deeper understanding of how Circles work and the benefits to your customers.

NOTE: No money is being taken or awarded in this trial. It is a simulation only.

All you have to do is sign up to the trial and test the Circles platform for us. NO integration is required and most of the process is automated, so there’s no extra work for you!

There will be a Draw every day for one week. Automated emails will direct participants to check their Circle status in the platform, which will also be pre-loaded with offers to match the reason for saving.

Collect valuable data from your particpants

We provide you with a fully analysed report once the trial is complete so you can see the most effective channels of marketing, the conversion points, the participants’ reasons for saving and where you might be able to generate revenue from cross sell.

How does a Savings Circle work?

Step 1 - Match

You will be matched to a Circle of Carbon employees. The Circles platform will simulate adding money to your Savings account every day.

Step 2 - Draw

Every day there is a random draw simulation and one Carbon employee will be ‘awarded’ the total Circle value.

Step 3 - Repeat

This process repeats every day until everyone in your Circle has been ‘awarded’ their total savings goal.
